3rd Level Floor Plan
The 3rd level contains the Recreation Room and Screened Porch. This secure area can only be accessed by the interior stairway or elevator. The Recreation Room is where the young adults and children will often hang out. There is a 2-person game table, 2 double futon sofas, and a desk with High Speed Internet Access. The Recreation Room is equipped with high speed internet access, a 50" high definition Wide Screen TV, CD/DVD/VCR, and home theater with surround sound. Everyone will love the state-of-the-art X-Box Gamesystem (2 controllers). A selection of board games and books are available on-site. A 4.9 Cu Ft compact Refrigerator for snacks and beverages completes this room.
Double French doors open onto the large screened porch with another table and chairs for cards or games. There is a safety latch mounted at 5 feet on the screen door leading to the outside stairway. These stairs leads to the Crow’s Nest (the only non-handicapped accessible deck). Two bar height deck chairs with connecting table are permanently secured to the sturdy deck. With it’s Panoramic sound and spectacular sunset views, this will be a popular place to get away to while staying at the Canine Cabana.
