2nd Level Floor Plan
There are three ways to enter the 2nd level: by the 4 ft interior stairway, the elevator, or through the main front door after climbing exterior stairs. Soundproofed laminate tiles cover the entire floor on this level. A stunning 20 sq foot custom-designed art glass window welcomes you to this main level. Upon entering you find a coat closet on the right side next to the Great Room. The built-in gas log fireplace is a focal point of the great room along with the Wide Screen TV. On either side is two built-in bookcase/storage units that holds the DVD/CD player. There is ample seating with a Queen Sleeper Sofa (QSS) and two loveseat sofas. Plantation shutters provide window coverings for the Great Room. A semi-vaulted ceiling adds an elegant touch to this colorful room.
Continuing back, you enter the open Kitchen that is described elsewhere. Adjacent to the kitchen is an utility closet containing cleaning equipment. A laundry closet faces the kitchen area with an extra-capacity front-loading Washer & Dryer set on pedestal drawer base for easy use. Next to this laundry closet is a 35 sq foot half-bathroom. Like ALL Canine Cabana bathrooms it is equipped with an ADA roll-under sink and grab bars by the toilet.
The 14 ft wide Dining Room contains a custom-built 42" X 108" table with 11 chairs. Additional seating is available in the kitchen. The kitchen/dining room space opens onto the main rear deck with a 36" French door.
The left side of the 2nd level leads to the master bedroom suite #1 (MBR-1). MBR-1 is furnished with a luxury queen bed and 2 night tables. A large closet with built-in shelves is very accessible. The full bathroom has a large Jacuzzi garden tub, an ADA roll-under sink and grab bars by the ADA 16 ½" H elongated toilet. Built in cubby-holes provide visually accessible storage for extra towels and toiletries. There is another 36" French door leading to the main rear deck. Roman Shade on the door provide privacy when desired.
