1st Level Floor Plan
The Canine Cabana has three-plus levels with a modified inverted floor plan. There is exterior guest storage off the covered parking that holds the 2 unisex cruiser bikes. The outside shower is on the 4-foot walkway towards the backyard. A convenient bench is located just outside the ground level front door. A gradually sloped rampway allows access from either the covered parking or the generous uncovered parking area on the crescent driveway.
This 1st floor entryway has a French door for increased visibility. Upon entering, the Elevator and carpeted interior stairway is to the immediate left. Bedroom #4 is to the right with two twin beds, a desk, high speed internet access, and a closet with plenty of shelving. Further back is the large hall bathroom with an extra-wide shower/bathtub, a roll-under sink, and standard toilet with grab bars. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a bookcase, a twin-over-full Pyramid bed, closet with lots of built-in shelving, and a 24” flat screen TV/DVD/VCR attached to the upper wall.
An exterior French door leads to the covered ground level rear deck and completely enclosed backyard. MBR-2 has a KING bed with 2 night tables and a private bathroom with roll-in shower. A built in roll-under desk with High Speed Internet Access is an unusual feature. An apothecary chest with glass drawer fronts provides visually accessible storage. This King Bedroom has a private double French door opening onto a backyard patio with 2 rockers and end table. This patio connects to a 4-foot walkway leading to the front yard as well as opening onto the completely enclosed backyard.
